The internet is being rewired, and women are still its most underestimated market. I've spent my career on both.
I'm a founder first. I've built Newslink, Fleximoms, SHEROES and Mahila Money - consumer, fintech and technology, always with women, for women, or both. That's the work I'm known for.
Somewhere along the way I started investing, and it stuck. One of my early investments became a big exit. I still invest the way I did then: on my own judgment.
Young Partners is the platform I'm building - a home for my work in investing, advisory and board roles, and for helping build enduring companies. Young Capital is my investing vehicle.
What I look for:
- Gender-smart companies - built by women, or built for women as a market.
- Early-stage AI - companies rewiring the internet.
- Growth-stage companies - I take positions as an investor and board member, and help them become enduring, well-governed public market companies.
I work across India, Japan and the US, and I'll meet a founder anywhere. I like to know founders well before I invest - and every company I bring to my LPs is one I'd put my name on.
